Hi guys, I'm about to take the plunge and have committed to 10% of a claimer at Saratoga. if we win the claim, I will be an official part owner.
I can and will ask the trainer for nuts and bolts, but knowing how busy trainers are, I thought I'd ask for advice here on how to go about getting my owner's license. I believe it is required, and that I have 30 days . . . anyone know this cold or have any reliable sources?
Much appreciated!

In KY, tracks with open meet have licensing and fingerprinting. You could call the racing office at Saratoga, for example, and they could instruct you.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
