Trying to find horse "Mega Rock"

Postby Mega Rock » Sun Dec 11, 2005 6:46 pm

HI I am new to this forum and I would like to ask a little help from the folks on this board. I trained and owned a thoroughbred named Mega Rock. He was by Rock Point out of Mega Success. '97 model. If anyone knows of the whereabouts of this horse please let me know. I would love to know how he is and what he is doing. I got married and sold my horses and lost contact with who I sold him to. I would just love to know that this horse has a great home and is living happily. TIA!!!!

Hi,

Mega Rock was foaled on May 1, 1995 (not '97) and he last started on Sept. 19, 2000 at Philadelphia Park

at that time the trainer was Dee Curry, and the owner was Pink Toes Farm LLC

I do not have any information beyond that. You don't say when you had the horse, or whether he was racing at the time or not.

I know I goofed with the year of birth. I sold him to Dee Curry in 2000. So I had him for 1 year of racing from '99 to '00. Sorry I should have made that clear in my original post. But thanks! :)

Hi,

I don't know where you are, but Dee Curry can surely be contacted at her Philadelphia Park base.

I see she has two entered there today - Monday Dec. 12, in the first and fourth races.

Maybe just a letter addressed to her in care of the Philadelphia Park backstretch would garner a response and perhaps some information on how to trace Mega Rock.

I can't think of any better suggestions.
