thoroughbred sire lines map

A long time ago I aquired a thoroughbred sire lines map. It is a clock-like map that is read like a clock (i.e. Man O' War 5:20). I have never seen anything like it before or sinse but in the corner it says that a detailed index for the map is printed separately. I have searched everywhere and have no clue as to where it would be. Has anyone heard of it? Does anyone know where to get it? Any information would be helpful. On the bottom is lists Ocala Stud Farm with Joe O'Farrel as the manager. This might help. Thanks.

I have a copy and I bought mine a few years ago from the National Racing Museum in Newmarket (G.B). I am sure they have a website, they might still have some avaliable, or know where to find one.
