Looking for Breeder and Trainer

I am hoping to find the breeder and trainer of the stallion Gigabyte in hopes that I can find his papers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have found out that the breeder is Tammy L Jacobs. Does anyone know her and or know how I can get a hold of her? Thanks
