Beautiful filly at 1:15 this am

Postby madelyn » Fri Apr 27, 2007 11:31 pm

Express to Boston, maiden mare, carefully watched the last 3 weeks. (To all those who found me grumpy and tired, my deepest apologies.)

Foaled a perfect, huge Street Cry filly at 1:15 this morning. I'm covered in straw and foal fluids and smells, off to the shower and then bed, but 4 for 4 this year and so far so good. This one was the fastest I have ever seen, off the ground and onto the milk.

Thanks.. they are all special. But yes, this was the outside breeding from last year and I have a lot of hopes riding on her strong little shoulders.
