New Sarava filly born last night (3/4/08) at 10:30pm

Our mare "Not a Nice Girl" foaled a HUGE filly last night. It's her first foal and she took to motherhood like a champ. Filly looks gray, but I'm told we cannot get a gray out of two drk brn/almost black parents. Here are some pictures:

OHHHH I Loveee her :D Super nice filly. I love her color. When I have had a gray they come out that mousy brown color. I think you have something special with her:)

Madelyn beat me to it. That is a black filly for sure. I had one same identical colour. They start out as that sort of dark gray colour. congratulations!!! :D :D

Oh good - I'm so excited! I was bummed when I thought she'd turn gray (I love grays, but really wanted a black!). Yea filly!
