foaled 11:09 4/12/09 She has a face like her daddy!!
and LONG pasterns! She better grow into them!
I will get better pictures tomorrow.. Mom wouldn't let me pull her mane cause she has been soooo miserable. Give her a week and she will look like a new horse

She really calms down after foaling.

Probably filled with water. Keeps tension on the placenta to help with expulsion.

Yep, bottle is to weigh the placenta down a little..
She passed it 12 hours later.

the fun part was her eye lids were rolled in and we had to fix that today.
