Shesasassiedancer & 2009 filly by Private Lap

Postby Roguelet » Sat Aug 15, 2009 5:44 am

I have Shesasassiedancer listed; beginning with a foal photo. We raised her, raced her, and she just had her first foal in 2009, so she's come full circle on the site; from a foal to the dam of a foal.

Here is her own page: Shesasassiedancer

And her 2009 filly by Private Lap's page: '09 Private Lap - Shesasassiedancer filly

She's for sale, but if we don't sell her we'll race her ourselves. It will be a while, though; she was a late baby so she's chronologically not even a year old yet. If we keep her, we won't race her until she's a 3YO, so she has a while to just hang out and grow up.

Do you have a more recent photo of the filly? And a price?

No recent photos, but I'll be shooting updated pics of everyone once the weather warms up a bit and the winter fuzzies go away. I have her listed for $3,000, but would be willing to negotiate or entertain offers.

I like the name too - the other one that comes to mind is "Shesalapdancer.."

sshhh - my husband does not need any encouragement about "Lap" names! One of our mares is in foal to Private Lap :)

Well... Sassie's due to have another Private Lap foal in 2010, so maybe "Shesalapdancer" would be a good choice for that one! Assuming it's a filly, of course... and assuming Lisann doesn't use the name first.

I wanted "Private Dancer" but it was taken, so I thought "Shesaprivatedancer" was the next best thing, PLUS it's a cool twist on both parents' names. I'm calling her "Tina" for a barn name.
