Thanks! Yes, she looks JUST like her daddy (my avatar) except no star. It is one of those odd genetic quirks, at least 80% of Rocky's foals have at least one white coronet. Sometimes two or three, but at least ONE.
Now we will just hope she can run like her sire. She is a big filly for sure. She is only about 1h shorter than her dam and is just going 4 months old. She is the third filly in a row for Ground Queen - but this is the one that has kept the mare HOPPING. She is fearless and inquisitive.

Yes they are!! My non-horsie husband has learned that if you fence it they will stay and eat it! So Terra and Queenie have the front and back yards around the house. I have determined that it is a distinct advantage to have foals raised with electric fence. I have a portable charger that runs on "D" cell batteries and we only charge the lower strand. Terra has popped herself a couple of times. Queenie would stay inside a perimeter of ribbon. She is a wonderful mare. Our yards are enormous and have hills and stuff. Besides, why waste all that grass and gas by mowing with the mower?
