Fetal foal activity

Postby ArchDandy » Thu Feb 18, 2010 4:38 pm

Just for fun. How many of you are able to notice/ or often notice mare's foal activity in the womb? I have read that after 7 months is when to look for it- my mare is 9 months along and I wonder how she puts up with all the activity. I notice especially in evening when brushing her belly being warped by lots of thumping.

It's incredible isn't it? :) I have one mare due in less then 3 weeks and it looked as though she had an entire soccer team practicing in her belly the other day :D

There is movement constantly but NONE of my mares want their bellies touched!
