Any Sligo Bay fillies for sale?

Postby pokeyman » Wed Jan 17, 2007 11:34 am

Looking for a yearling filly out of an allowance winning turf mare with no Northern Dancer or Mr. Prospector. Prefer Blushing Groom line on mare. Small size/weedy ok as long as correct with good feet/legs.

I noticed in one of the year end issues that they listed by stallion all offspring and purchase information for 2006. You could certainly look at the RNA"s and more inexpensive buys to try to purchase or pin hook one.

I know you're looking for a weanling or a yearling, but why not a 2yo? Do you plan to race and breed her, or pinhook her? My filly's dam wasn't a turf allowance winner, but she had excuses. PM me if you want more details about Starlight Bay.
