Very well made, elegant chestnut colt by MOONLIGHT DANCER, ex SIDEWALK TALK [Prospector's Gamble-Banissa by Lear Fan]. Should mature to at least 16 hands [sire is 17 hands]. He's a super friendly fellow and had a lot of handling. Still lives with the 'family,' but is eating very well [his dam is a glutton, lol]. Nice and prolific family with no reproductive problems. Bella Banissa is a 2-year old half sister to Sidewalk, and while she hasn't broken her maiden yet, she came in 2nd in two stakes races, one of which was the Nursery Stake in May. She may be retired for the year, but I expect her to come back to the races in 2005. Don't know who owns the filly at this time, however. Colt has not yet been registered, but will be Alabama-bred and thus eligible for the Al stakes series which are run at Fairground, La and Illinois, I believe.
