Wanted - TB mares with LOTS of white!

Postby TrueColours » Thu Jan 06, 2005 6:49 pm

okay - I think most of you know what I am looking for!
TB mares, with papers, with 4 tall stockings, facial white and body white. The more - the better!

Over 16hh, conformationally correct, under 10 years of age, any colour BUT grey (would like to find some nice bay and black mares with colour!) and reasonably priced.

I have clients that want to buy some mares to breed to both Guaranteed Gold and Puchilingui, so any and all leads would be MOST appreciated!

Thank you

There is a mare on dreamhorse named Speedys Girl. She is a sabino but only has 2 stockings and a girth spot. The front stocking goes well past the knee. If I see anything else Ill let you know!

Also the mare I told you about years ago, Northern Eyes, is still producing her very loud babies. She seems to either produce bay with not one white hair or almost black with a bald face, blue eyes, four stockings and a belly spot. I know that her dam was colorful so I assume it is coming through those lines. Her 11yo filly was still running last year and might still be. Bewitching Eyes is her name and you might be able to pick her up in a claim. Anyway, good luck and I will keep an eye out for you.

Wow!
The mare this filly is out of was a runner from my neck of the woods!Okanagan Dawn was a real nice speedy filly who was just a cut below the stakes horses here at Hastings. She had a lot of talent.

For breeding TB and APHA foals
APHA needs to see a photocopy of the front and the back of the JC papers and if I sell a mare in foal, you KNOW that the buyer will want to see the registration papers for the mare as well!

So - having the JC papers is mandatory!
