looking for a non grey broodmare

If you have or know of a retired mare that is still sound for a baby or two and want a good permanent retirement home(free to good home kind of thing) and are located in the east TN or KY area let me know. I have a nice stallion that I think would cross very well with a TB. I have height and size and movement, lacking refinement. The babies would be future sporthorses at my own farm, I am not looking for any kind of reward except personal satisfaction of breeding for what I am looking for in a sporthorse. In other words no expliotation of any mare. Please don't ask about the stallion, he is not being offered to outside breeding at this time, I want to make sure he lives up to my standard first. She should be in the range of 15.2 to 16.2 HH.
