Here's a lovely mare that could produce some nice hunters (I'm thinking Hannovarian X would be nice!)... elegant neck, nice build! Beautiful... (in my opinion, anyway!)

NEW!! PA-T348-03 Our Shining Star, bay mare, 15.1 hands, 6 years old. And a shining star she will be. Just look at her conformation! She might be small in height, but she is HUGE in presence! This gal has children's hunter written all over her! Sweet, sweet, sweet - and oh, so friendly. She wanted to stand all day for her pics. She has an interesting indentation on the right side of her neck called a prophet's thumbprint - it's even on her registration papers. She is sound with very clean looking legs. $2,200. I know! I'm totally in love with her... I'd forego any thoughts about race breeding just to have her and breed her to a Hanoverian (I have a few nice stallions in mind)... I think she's just lovely!!

Well, you snooze-you lose. I called about Our Shining Star earlier this week and she was sold. :cry: Trainer said she sold to the 1st person that called. boohooo

She did say that Free Dreaming Kelly (also on the Penn Canter site) is turned out and is trotting around sound in the pasture. If anyone is looking for a broodmare, she looks pretty nice and is 800.00-neg!
