Nothing unproven mare in foal to an unproven stallion (bet she is in foal with a filly, thats why he is dumping her)
But she is a 1/2 sister to the best horse in America.
Look at the auction results from Europe 2 Galileo fillys sold as yearlings for over $2m dollars a piece ( granted their dams have both produced G1 winners, but will lightning strike again?)
I say keep the filly and sell her as a yearling.

If nobody wanted to buy the mare at 125K why would they suddenly jump for another 25K? The mare has three foals now, the first one is a one time winner who was last seen running in low level claiming races last year. The second one is three and is unraced and the third one is a yearling.
Would you really want to spend that kind of money on a mare who's already had foals of racing age who have not done anything to improve her page? Why would this particular foal be more attractive than the 160 other one's by the same sire?
If the mare were really worth 150K then why was she bred down to a stallion who's advertised stud fee is 35K?

Wish I had a few more mares like this I could "dump". See you bought this mare for $1000.00, very astute purchase.
She is a half to 3 stakes horses, two of them graded, Honour and Glory is a good broodmare sire, second dam by Secretariat.
If I had seen this earlier I would have told you to put her in the Fasig November, she would bring at least 100K there and maybe a lot more if you get the right people looking.
Consider the Keeneland Jan. sale, she would be a standout there. Weather can be a crap shoot at that sale is the only problem.
