This handsome grandson of STORM CAT broke his maiden at two by 17 3/4 lengths and proceeded to win seven stakes races and over $719,000. Among these wins was the Grade 3 Discovery H. A confirmed front-runner who won from six to nine furlongs he competed with distinction against Breeders Cup and other Grade One stakes winners.

Standing 16 hands with a hind end like a quarter horse and a long, deep shoulder, he was produced by a LORD AT WAR dam from a strong female family which includes the top-class sire SILVER HAWK.

Priced to sell. Please PM me for more details.

Wishful Tomcat last win in a 12.5k claimer.

So was if a filly or a colt?

He sounds like a classy, tough, sound individual.

Dublino, what is your last question?

It's to do with the half sister to the HOTY who is/was in foal.

Yes, it must be Wishful Tomcat. I, too like him on paper. Kudos for the find Barcaldine. He's got the pedigree. He also had the speed as a younger horse. Letting him drop into the claiming ranks didn't help his future as a stallion. Though whoever takes the risk at proving him as a sire will no doubt have quite a story if he is a success.

why not post the price or can you do that? That way we eliminate all the emails asking how much for the stallion.

Perhaps the price not being posted is to prevent any disinterested parties from bashing this horse. It could also be to protect the privacy of someone who might be serious about buying this horse and not want the details made public... REMINDER comments about the subject horse, in a Buying/Selling topic, are pretty much forbidden.
