Know of any free TB mares in KY??

I'm always on the lookout for mares off the track that are needing a good home. I breed for appendix quarter horses so flat movement, size, and conformation is very important. I would prefer to find mares that are under 10 years old, well bred, really good conformation, pretty headed and must be 16-1 or taller. Must be free to a good home. I can provide vet references.
