Kahlua Gold is a 16.1+ 2009 dark bay or brown filly by Formal Gold out of Power To Burn by All Thee Power. Kahlua is an elegant girl with a lovely head, top line, and way of going. Suitable for a riding/sport horse or broodmare prospect. Currently "racing sound" but uninterested in racing.
**UPDATE** Kahlua was vetted on Dec 5, 2013 and the vet found her ankles to be a little reactive to flexion, "Slight flexion, seems that it would get better with time (30 days) or injection." She has never taken a bad step or shown lameness and currently travels sound. No radiographs were taken. Price reduced to $1200 "as is."
This is a real sweet, lightly raced filly who lacks the killer instinct needed for racing. Kahlua will make someone an excellent hunter or event project or produce nice sport horse foals.
