Broodmare help please!

Postby Megan » Mon Oct 25, 2004 1:42 pm

I am looking at a few mares to buy, and was just wondering if anyone could please give me some insight to these mares and tell me if they are any good and if they would likely produce anything themselves:

Dance Molly Dance, 01, by Dance Brightly -- Imperious Molly by Capote
Sheisreal, 97, by Conte Di Savoya -- Childs Dream by Stately Don

I am breeding to race myself, if that makes any difference. Also, did their dams produce anything worth speaking about? Thanks for the help! :D

You'd probably get a lot more responses to this query if you posted it on the General Discussion forum. I'm sure there ae plenty of people there who would have something to say about your prospective mare choices. :)

Hi Megan,
I was interested in Dance Molly Dance at one time, she has a very nice pedigree!! And well worth the investment.

Hi Megan,

Both mares have something to offer if you're breeding to race the foals yourself.

Without more information about your intent it's hard to offer more advice.
