I currently own a throughbred mare which was bought with out papers. I got her at an auction and she was sold to me with out papers. I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about getting papers on my horse. ive found her pedigree through this site and now i just need to get her papers. iof anyone has any insite or know of a way to get them please email me at [email protected] thanks all...

I am looking for a mare named sinful betty - she is a bay tb mare about l5.2 - has two wite feet behind - star - she has chips in her left knee - she has an old scar on her right hind foot - from the coronary band to the ground - she was stolen on 6-20-02 - if it is her that you bought - you can't get the papers as the jc won't give them out as I hav eth eoriginals - again what does this mare look like

shes a 9 year old bay mare with three white socks, and no white makings on her face. she was bought at a sale by london ont on the 2nd of octber this year, shes about 16.2 hh and as far as i can tell she has clean sound legs, she also has a TB/Standerdbred (why anyone would do this is beyond me) colt at her side hes about 5 months give or take. thats all i can think of right now...

You can contact the Jockey Club and they will send you the form to order replacement papers for your horse. You will be asked to provide a bill of sale, DNA hair sample, plus a full set of registration photos and USD$150 for replacement papers, complete with a notarized affidavit describing how her papers were lost... all providing that a previous owner did not turn the papers back in to the Jockey Club and mark the mare "sold without pedigree" in which case, the JC will not reissue. Period. If the mare was claimed at a racetrack, you will at least have a prior "listed" owner to contact if you need to. Good luck.

was worth a shot - I have already found one of my stolen horses - by accident and by answering a 'for sale' ad - the jockey club was notified that my horses are stolen/missing - the owner of the rescue cut my stallion and does not wnat to pay for him - see they did all of this skuldugery stuff before they asked anyone - the paperwork that I have says one thing an they listen to that wack job of a minsiter who told them something else - the courts go by what is on paper and not what is said - he just does what he wants because he is a mnister and he is subservicent to no one - so now he has to come up with 500k to replace my mares, their board invested, pedigrees, and my poor stud who never hurt s aole in his life - gut cut becuse this az cowboy horse theif person can't manage a throroughbred - ask crystal on this baord and she knows him - he is a moron big time - also he is on ripoffrepots.com for all of his hi jinks - they are just selling stolen horses, hiding money. buying scuba gear ect and the wife has a stolen horse operation funded by the rescue - nice folks - the plan is that they are trying to go out of business in the spring as their lease has expired and they got their two new morton barns, indoor and 4000 sqft house all at taxpayer expense - and did not pay a dime of income tax on their income - I have everyone in southern nh looking for them and th woman who has mini has been real nice - I have to buy her bck as this is not her fault - and I just billed turtle rock and the good minister for 5,040.00 each - don't take a check from turtle rock as it will bounce like a basket ball - and my lawyer gets 350.00 per hous and the minister has t o pay for him - plus costs ect - and I am trying not to jump on anyone - just thought that it was worth a shot - and I think that anyone who loved their horses as much as I do mine would do the same - I also tracked betty to a home in raymond nh and she was returned becasue she is a big bitch - so I willkeep looking - thanks semiller

my horses were sent to a rescue organization on 6-20-02 - there is a contract which says that they are were to be boarded there for 28 days - the person who runs the rescue called turtle rock equine rescue - took my horses on 6-22-02 and sold them without papers - they also cut my stud without my consent permission or knowledge - every time that i went to retrieve them I was put off the property by a screwming nasty woman named mary terry - they changed the shipping times ect. I did not have to pay the board bill because they don't charge board (one says that they do the other one says no) I did not sign the contract - their lawyer chased me for the bill. she refused the payment on the l7th of july 2002, then she changed a court ordered agreement and then when I went to pay the bill it ws refused by the president of turtle rock - the guy is a nut ball and does awful things to horses ie leaving 4 dead ones in a trialer during the winter, not burying another one and leaving ti behind their house - he went on a 6000 bender in las vegas and covered it up with a cow rescue story - they also had a tax deduction for 42k on their 2003 income tax for colic surgery for a horse that came from cloverleaf farm in fla - to nh it is a 22 hr van ride - and what is wrong with univ fla at gainesville - it is from the same farmthat smarty jone's dam lives on - and to make matters worse my poor old mares are sent out as saddle horses and the one that I bought back had big gashes on her shoulders - she was sold as a team penning horse - twice and traded for a horse trailer - so I bought her back for 2800 - and this jerk who runs the rescue is continually ragging on me - he is a criminal in az and on the sex offender registry in wyoming - his wife is selling stolen donated horses at her other business that is funded with rescue donated stuff ie hay and grain - I have all the reg papers on the horses and want them returned - he did not get them fromme - I did not not pay my barn rent - even they were told that I did - the paperwork says different things - the docs are posted on patrr.com or turtle rock rescue.net - my little fily that i raised and cost me 8500 got scooped by someone - they wont' tellme where they were sold to - I worry about them all the time and have been working on this for the last 2 1/2 years - I could not get a lawye because I am low income - like most horse people I could not come up with 25,000 because these idiots changed court paperwork, change dtimes and did not board anything for anyone - I have ads up all over the place - missingpetnetwork - dreamhorse.com ect the jockey club knows where the originals are so they wont' give out duplicates - the guy who has trr is a nut ball - he calls it a rescue and I call it horse theft - he is a wife beater and an abuser and has a bad attitude towards women - he has done this before - they don't wnat to pay me for my horses as their insurance carrier will drop them - the irs has copies of their fraud docs ect buying scuba gear with donated money and selling stolen clocks -

Hi Ambrosia......considering it went through Carsons could be tough. I live in Ontario about an hour from them. ANyway, I bought a thoroughbred mare without her papers a few years ago. What I had to do was track down her last owner that was registered with the Jockey Club, get them to sign her over and then I was able to apply for replacement papers. Hope this helps.

I looked up the last race for Turbo Mex. It was at Fort Erie on November 13, 2001.

At the time, the owners were:
J.WAGNER, JETHRO BETTY RCNG ST, WAGS

The trainer was:
CHRIS TUTTLE
