TVG's VALUE METER

I'm still trying to make sense of it. Simple math but I'm not sure it helps me all that much.

I have a TVG value meter. it's called the volume button on my remote.

Your points are well taken and I offer my sincere apologies if I have offended you. I should be appreciative that bdw0617 would take the time to enlightened me and others about the hidden TVG Value Meter characteristics in my remote's volume key.
