I just got back from a week in London, and missed all of the discussion. Very glad to see Orb won for his connections, he is a real class act. Sometimes breeding the best to the best gives you the best.
And, he went off at 6-1??? What a deal!

From this list he is by far the one to beat. I also like Departing.
None of the Pletcher brigade are going on?

Hi Cree,
None of the Pletcher-five will go to the Preakness. Revolutionary and Overanylyze are being considered for the Belmont. They are also mulling over Dreaming of Julia and Unlimited Budget? Charming Kitten will return to turf racing. Verrazano came out of the race with a cut on his hind leg (it had nothing to do with his bad race) and there are no current plans for him or Palace Malice.
It was great to see Shug achieve his lifelong dream to win the Derby, he is a great horseman, person and a more deserving winner you won't find on any racetrack. Can you imagine if he continues to march:>) I hope you had an enjoyable week in London, TJ

Normandy Invasion is also withdrawn from the Preakness. He will also pass on the Belmont Stakes. His next race will be either the Jim Dandy or The Haskell Handicap toward his major race goal, the Traver's Stakes at Saraotga August 24th. TJ
