They have a pretty black son of Forest Camp I wouldn't mind having (as a gelding).

Dear Summerhorse,

Thank you very much for the valuable reference. The cutest most amazing medicine hat I've seen in many years. Given the great number of "stained whites" we have witnessed in recent times, I think it's time for this kind of horses to be labeled as such ("stained white") rather than "chestnuts", etc. At least he is more white than chestnut so he will probably be labeled as "white", but there are many "in-between" cases that really amaze people. I've have even seen cases with blackish manes and tails being registered as...........   .....grays!
My suggestion is to create two color categories ("white" and "stained white") or to create one single color, namely, "white or stained white".
Thanks again for the valuabvle link. Will try to pinpoint for his immediate parents.

I LOVED that mare! :)

I bought her a few years back and sold her with a breeding to Guaranteed Gold. I thought if a palomino foal could be produced with those cool face markings it would be SO neat!

The colt was born with problems and spent almost a month at the vet hospital and he didnt make it and then Rox's owner sold her to Fox Haven where she produced this stunning colt for them

A huge congratulations and give Roxie a scritch from her old Mom! :)

That's Clover Mountain, Summerhorse. There is another thread about her in the Horses for Sale section. The rumor is she is a nut case and she's been going from hand to hand for a while now. She is stunning, but allegedly insane. Funny her ads never mention that!

ANGEL IN DISGUISE (a daughter of Patchen Beauty),
http://www.pedigreequery.com/angel+in+disguise7
a 2-year-old filly and full sister to the white colt WHITE PRINCE http://www.pedigreequery.com/white+prince3 has been officially
registered as a “gray/roan” filly.

Hmmm, albeit she was foaled on April 1st 2011, there
is nothing funny about the huge error that represents officially
assigning to her this misleading coat color designation.

Wish an official policy may be established to officially designate these
cases with the nomenclature “Stained White” instead of the genetically
impossibility label of “gray/roan”.
