Clover Mountain I think has been making the rounds as far a her for sale status goes ..... but Wild Silky is a new, and pretty one. What a facial marking she has.
trying to come up with something brillant..... this may take a while. :)

Poor CLover Mountain. It's a shame how she's going from hand to hand.....her reputation precedes her methinks.

That other mare is pretty too and has an outstanding pedigree.

I would love to see more of Wild Silky other than her face.

Thas for the watch on both equines. The chestnut one is a beauty but the bay one is more rare (phenotype).

Hmmm, the title of this thread looks like a good Thoroughbred name:
"ALL CHROMED UP"

Thanks again,

She's not going from hand to hand. This is the same seller who wanted something like $80,000 for her less than a year ago.

I am going to go see her in person this week, and see if she is a whacko or not.

Ok Joie. Thanks for the clarification. Hope your visit goes well and you see something everyone else seems to be missing.

I will definately let you know. I really don't have the time or money for another new project right now. I've never seen a GOOD conformation picture of the mare, and I've had my eye on her since she was listed on CANTER.

My *guess* is she's a colorful trainwreck, but who knows?! She's close enough to me for me to go there and not be too much of a hassle. The current seller is a teen, I think. She acts and writes like a kid via e-mail. I hope I'm wrong. That is probably the mares biggest downfall...someone who takes a horse publicly advertised for $2500 OBO, and then adds several tens of thousands to the price after having her in "professional" training for a month.
