Blue Eyed Streaker's 2008 foals

Postby jellac » Fri Aug 15, 2008 10:58 am

FYI - for the color crowd:

The summer issue of "The Texas Thoroughbred" magazine is out and it features 2008 foal photos, including three very colorful foals by Blue Eyed Streaker all of which sport prominent irregular white patches on their right barrels and prominent blazes/face markings. One of these three also has smaller but noticeable white patches on it's right flank and right shoulder. Believe that all 3 were fillies but not sure.

After posting the above I checked Blue Eyed Streaker's progeny information and see where the pedigrees of these three fillies - I'm pretty sure it's the same ones - are entered here as "2008 Filly etc." names.

:( Sadly no photos are linked :(

There are three fillies listed on the website, I am sure it is the same ones that you saw in the magazine http://www.yellowhandhorseco.com/

I was speaking of the 3 fillies yellowhand had after BES was sold. He had mares bred to BES and 3 fillies were born after he left and they were recently sold.

If they were the fillies from that farm that I saw, they were pretty crooked legged.
