Goes back to The Tetrarch on the sire line and dam line. I love how on the dam line it follows the female family almost exclusively until Spotted Beauty's dam sire who was by The Tetrarch.
I found Foggy Note through The Pamplemousse's dam sire line. Just a pure curiosity and this was the first homozygous gray thoroughbred mare I found.

I'm fairly certain that Pull the Shade was homozygous too. I had one of her daughters, Pull the Buck. All of Pull the Shade's foals were greys.
