I lucked out and found the BEST hauler for him! Not only is he travelling in a triple box stall, they are fabulous with their updates and keeping me informed - even BEFORE they went to get him!

Cant say enough good things about them ... :)

Panoramic's owners have been fabulous to deal with again as have the partners. Again - everyone has been SO helpful and he is coming to me with "his" lead shank, a name plate for his stall, containers of food he was on to transition him over. It is SO nice to have such decent people to deal with when you are buying something from far enough away that you are completely at the mercy of others ...

Yes, please let me know when he arrives and is ready for visitors. Won't be all that long before breeding decisions need to be made! ;)

As far as I know now, I will be getting him tomorrow unless they have run into bad weather somewhere and then it will be Tuesday instead

Will let you know when he gets here, will post a few early pics of him and then I'd love to have you come over and meet him in person Maureen!

Believe me - I will be keeping everyone updated! :)

He arrived late yesterday afternoon and fortunately I did get him out for an hour and a bit and then this morning for a few hours before the rain started. He had a blast rolling umpteen dozen times and just simply hanging out! :)

He needs to recover from his journey. The haulers were fabulous and he had a triple stall but he did spend 5 days in a trailer and needs to bounce back

Here are a couple very impromptu pictures I took of him this morning. Yes he's dirty (he rolled again just after I ran a brush over him!) but I did get his mane pulled so you can get a good idea of what he can look like in a few months when I get some weight back on him ...

He's a lovely stallion in every possible way and I am SO glad that I made the decision to buy him ... And he is also every bit of 17hh as well! :)

Oddly enough, this horse is being advertised at stud in Kentucky

In case that link doesn't work this one might:
www.equinenow.com/horse-ad-274113

I do NOT understand why he went from WA to Canada and yet is supposedly standing in Kentucky. How very, very odd. I would say someone is trying to do something bad, but the site they list is the old owner's site so. *shrug*

VERY strange! I'll see if I can get them to remove the ads. They were probably placed a long long time ago ...

I know the Larksforthemoney AQHA stallion is standing in Kentucky for 2012 so maybe thats where some of the confusion lies???

He's here with me! Honest!

Ah I bet you're right. They may have been considering moving him to Kentucky if there were enough interest. Our Incentive Fund here caused a TRUCKLOAD of AQHA breeders to move their stallions here.
