ID THIS YESTERYEAR'S SABINO HORSE

Postby Jorge » Sat Feb 25, 2012 9:19 pm

Please help identify this horse. Looks tough but let's try it!

Would like to identify the loud sabino horse (sporting 4 white high leg markings, with long blaze that extends sideways to the nostrils) that arrived on third position on July 24, 1937 at Arlington Park.

The finishing order goes:

1st. TEDDY'S COMET (#?)
2nd. C-NOTE (#3)
3rd. ______________________ (#4) ??????

One thing seems clear: the mysterious colt was foaled in 1935
same as his two faster rivals Teddy’s Comet and C-Note:

Ah perseverance! Got it!
Thanks to the following Daily Racing Form reference:

I managed to pinpoint him.
His name, by the way, very suggestive, is KNEE DEEP!

Strange collection of pedigree names uh?
