The owner Colette replied back to me today and he is: (EE, Aa).
So there it is.........mystery solved :)

He has to be a new line, he's not grey and they often register these roany looking DWs as gr/ro. It's the JC, you know!

I think they were unsure, but now know from DNA what is pretty coat is.
