oooooo, I wish they have him (her?) tested for splash!!! It sure seems a new mutation, can't find anything more than "ordinary" flashy white in pedigree.

That stallion ^ is definitely splash IMO. I guess it's coming down the sire line.

With his ear carriage it could go either way but I suspect he is.

Agree with ACC.. He looks splash,and ear carriage is typical.
