I have a really hard time with my splash overo (paint) mare and her sensitive skin, I cannot imagine what they do to protect an entirely white horse. She has a gorgeous, long flowing mostly white tail, too but her chestnut colored mane is pathetic and she'll never have a forelock decent enough to braid
Bag balm is a good friend for small areas that need attention but that wouldn't be good for everywhere.
I think it was Tesio who said the best thoroughbreds were the plain bay ones and anything else wasn't but then again someone said the same thing about blue eyed people too

FYI - Sodashi - the G-1 winning Japanese-bred white thoroughbred filly is entered to race in another G-1 tomorrow, May 23rd.
