It was rather a moderate race according to the people that saw it, but still...

Joyeuse looks a nice prospect.

It was and she was 1/1 price wise for a time great bet easy victory.
She demolished the field easily won by about 3l and didn't break sweat.
I would try a small conditions race before Ascot to give her more experience but she is a really nice filly.

Hi Dub,
Thanks for posting the race...she ran a very professional race. Did you take note of that awkward start? TJ

Awkward all through the race hanging to one side, they were going to slow for her.

As soon as Tom Queally let her have her head she extended nicely and put 3 lengths between herself and the field in a matter of strides.

Most impressive 2 yr old filly so far this year, I know its still early.

Hi Dub,
Queally was teaching her the game. She could have gone right to the lead after she got herself together after the break. He kept her behind horses to let her see what it was all about....when he asked her she straightened away and was gone. Looks like a top notch race horse to be sure. TJ

Yes couldn't agree more better company will show her in a better light.

It will be interesting to see where they will go.

She must be something special for Sir Henry Cecil to have her out this early in the season.

It was very impressive to my eyes. She ran just like her brother in those early races ,not really settling with her head askew, probably as they were too slow for her to rate behind but she quickened like a very nice horse and could be a bit special.
