In Japan, local government,a part of prefectures also take place the races.
Interchange races, between Japan Racing horses and local government horses, are held.Especially, many fans looking forward to seeing Japanese limited group races which we usually call"dirt grade race."As most of"dirt grade race" aren't international races,I write"Japanese limited group race."

We had 3successive holidays in this week in Japan.4 Japanese limited group races were held through Japan.

・Diolite Kinen(Japanese limited group2,dirt 2400m,for 4up,at Funabashi Race Track,May 2)
Smart Falcon by Gold Allure(JP) went wire to wire in the race.
He had 8length margin when he finished the race.He had won Japanese limited group1 race twice.

Here is Smart Falcon
Image

Gold Allure was the Japanese dirt champion back in 2002.His father is Sunday Silence.

・Kakitsubata Kinen(Japanese limited group3,dirt 1400m,for 4up,at Nagoya Race Track,May.3)
Sai Crimson by Eishin Sunday won the race against Million Disk by 2 length.
Eishin Sunday is Sunday Silence's son.He had't run races. But his foals run well in Japan.

・Hyogo Championship(Japanese limited group2,dirt 1870m,for 3yo,at Sonoda Race Track,May.4)
A Shin Blanc by Swept Overboard(US) won the race against Hokusetsu Sunday by 6 length.
A Shin Blanc ran in the dirt race for the first time.He seems to like dirt.

To Sailor
Arigatou gozaimasu.
Kochirakoso yoroshiku onegai shimasu.
