Prix Morney.
Frankie Dettori will feel his time in quarantine has been well earned, as he rode another Group One winner in France on Sunday. The jockey, who has enjoyed a week’s socialising in Deauville since landing last weekend’s Prix Jacques le Marois, added the Prix Morny to his haul aboard the US raider Campanelle, who ran out a comfortable winner.

That Danehill, Kris, Sharpen Up line breeding is quite clever. The 2X4 Danehill worked. Nice 2 year old filly, 3 for 3. She's a fast one.

St Mark's Basilica gave Aidan O'Brien a first victory in the Qatar Prix du Jockey Club with a brilliant effort at Chantilly.

The son of Siyouni was confidently ridden by Ioritz Mendizabal to run away from the opposition in the closing stages and join an elite band of horses to complete the French 2000 Guineas/Derby double.

Blue Rose Cen stormed to her second Classic of the year when landing the Prix de Diane Longines in imperious fashion at Chantilly.
Christopher Head’s Blue Rose Cen had already taken the Poule d’Essai des Pouliches in impressive style at ParisLongchamp last month and having conquered all before her at a mile, was even better on her first attempt at 10 furlongs.
With stablemate Wise Girl setting the fractions on the front end, big-race pilot Aurelien Lemaitre had the daughter of Churchill positioned handily tracking the pace along with French Guineas runner-up Lindy and the previously unbeaten Pensee Du Jour.
However, there was only one winner once the contest entered the business end and upon straightening for home, Lemaitre pushed the button to an almost instantaneous response from his mount, shooting clear of her pursuers and keeping on powerfully to register a clear-cut triumph.
