Need Help to Retire 14yo Mighty Wind

The owner/trainer of Mighty Wind, a 14 year old one-eyed gelding at Beulah who has been racing since age 5, is ready to retire this horse.

CANTER of Michigan has offered to take in Mighty Wind, and the owner/trainer was also offered $500 to sell Mighty Wind. He has turned down both offers and is listing Mighty Wind for sale to the public for $1,500/OBO.

CANTER of Michigan is still willing to take care of Mighty Wind for as long as it takes to find him a permanent spot. They will have a trailer at Beulah THIS FRIDAY (4/17) to pick up a couple of horses. We are all hoping enough will have been raised by Friday - even if not $1,500 - that the owner/trainer will agree to sell Mighty Wind, and CANTER of Michigan will be able to load Mighty Wind as well!!
