Pedigree Query

Clermont County Animal Shelter, Ohio, is looking for the owners of 6 starved and abused Thoroughbreds, one pony, and one mini donkey seized by Clermont County from the farm run by Thoroughbred trainer Chad Moore. It appears that Moore had possession of not only horses in training, but broodmares and foals too.

If you know of anyone who had horses with him, please ask them to verify the whereabouts and condition of their horses. So far 10 horses have been found dead on the property, although more could have been buried or disposed of. If horses are missing, please contact Clermont County Animal Shelter in CC, Ohio. The horses in their possession have yet to be identified.

AaIf anyone is eclose to Clermont County, will u please donate blankets, blanket liners, etc for these horses? 6 are TBs and there is one donkey. One of the Cincinnati TAastations made a request for food, supplies and blankets. They only got 4 blankets of unknown sizes. These 8 should have double blankets at a minimum. The little energy they do have needs to go into recovering and not shivering to keep warm. Heated water buckets would be much appreciated too. Donations can be made thru the Clermont County Animal Shelter.
