Adding Cuba to stakes database

I would like to suggest that Cuba be added to the stakes races part of the database.
In fact two of the stakes races that were run at Oriental Park, the Cuban Derby and the Cuban Grand National Handicap actually were entered as being run in Panama (which of course, is wrong). This was probably due to the lack of availability of Cuba in the database.
