Signaling questionable parentage/multiple sire

Suggestion-
To device some sort of way to indicate if a horse has a questionable parentage. For instance in the case when there are two possible sires. This came to my attention when I entered the mare Sadie N. (1932 by Sun Briar or Sun Circle out of Lune de Miel). What I did on this case was to cite the ASB comment of "Sun Briar or Sun Circle". However, I think it would be very useful to point it out somewhere where it will be easily spotted.
