Brisnet APR down?

Is the APR at brisnet down? The website says it's not available (or, worse, I no longer have access).

The issue was that I was using Firefox. :D Chrome seems compatible. Of course, since all this happened, Firefox seems to jibe with it, too. Weirdness abounds!
