Lindbergh Law

Postby graham » Mon Jul 09, 2007 8:43 pm

I have a mare that is a half sister to Lindbergh Law and I was told that he sold for $200,000 as a yearling. I was also told that he was a stakes winner in Britain. I was wondering if someone could pull up an APR on his dam and find out if any of this is true. His dam's name is Not So Shy by Crafty Prospector. His sire is Red Ransom. My mare's name is Sister Breeze.

Thanks, graham

Thanks amanda. I did a search on google last night and I did find out that he had won a few races in the UK. I don't know how to get a complete list of all his starts but at least I know he did win a couple of nice races. If anyone else knows how to get that information, I would appreciate it. Thanks Again.

Here is a link to his record, from the Racingpost's site:

http://www.racingpost.co.uk/horses/racing_horse_form.sd?horse_id=596212

No stakes wins, but plenty of hurdles. :) You can click on each race for a full chart & comments.

Um....this may be a stupid question, but does the APR only list races in the US? Maybe that's why it's the AMERICAN Produce Records???

I'm a quick study aren't I?!

Sorry for the mistake Grahm....didn't mean to cut your girls bro short on credit!

Actually, it does list flat races from several other countries, including the UK - but not National Hunt races, which is what Lindbergh Law competed in. :)

It's an interesting loophole - some NH-bred horses don't show up in any Brisnet search, but you can find them on Racingpost.
