Can someone help with this lip tatoo #

Hi, Wondered if anyone could help with finding name belonging to this lip tattoo. TB mare, vet said she was (poor gal was pts yesterday with EPM) around 20. I checked her lip tatoo an have this combo of what it could be
S8092 or S8052.. I think it is an '8'... or and 'E' ... dont think there are more than 1 letter.. ?? any help would be greatly appreciated.

This poor gal was a serious neglect case. I wish I could share more info, but are in the middle of the court hearings. I would like to know this poor gals history, name etc.

Any help would be welcomed

only the JC can look up a tattoo. There is a fee, maybe $25?

There is only one letter. I think an S would mean she was born in 1988, making her age and letter match up. If you submit the info to the JC, with a couple of combos on the tattoo number, along with the mares approx. age, color and markings, they should be able to find out who she is for you. I think I submitted 8 different combos on the tattoo and they found out who my mare was.
