I just bought a 6yr old Chestnut Tb mare.
She is off the track 2 months (approx) raced at Woodbine in Toronto Canada
Her halter plate has Broken Vow on top and below the name Terre Des Hommes

Any info would be appreciated

Her tattoo number is F37968

The halter probably belonged, originally, w/ an '03 dk b geld x Broken Vow - Terre des Hommes named Nymitgiyaki. Try examining the tattoo under black light. An '02 should begin w/ the letter 'F'.
