Can't add a new Snow Fairy

New Irish 2yo Snow Fairy, bay of 2007, was 3rd in the Prestige S (G3) today at Goodwood. I get to confirming the parents Intikhab and Woodland Dream but when I try to look at the completed pedigree, it claims the horse isn't in the database.
There is no such thing as too much Teddy.

This is an ongoing database glitch that prevents random names from being added. So far I've not found any way around it, and the site owners have yet to fix it.

There is a sticky thread for such cases in the Tech forum. I'll add Snow Fairy to it, feel free to add any others you come across.
