when reading Pedigree Query---and checking x factor yes----I see some horses with red on both sides of their box, some one side of their box or the have blue---to understand this would it be that the x is found on both sides of that horses family for the red on both sides??? and one side for red on one side??then what is the blue oh boy I am so confused...can you help??????

Red indicates carrier of a single copy of the LH gene. The blue underscore denotes potential double copy mares.
