Wrong name duplicate?

Postby the Ol'Line Rebel » Mon Feb 08, 2021 11:55 am

You can't tell me THIS is the proper formatting of a name:

https://www.pedigreequery.com/light+o+m+life

Surely it should be this duplicate:

https://www.pedigreequery.com/light+o+my+life

Unfortunately, the WRONG(?) "M" format has many offspring listed so is not easy to change. The other "MY" name format currently has only 1 offspring shown.

Could we please move offspring under "Light o'MY Life" and delete "Light o'm Life"? Or verify which is correct?

Format of the name as registered w/ JC, and entered in the ASB = Light O' M' Life. I've noted that fact in 'remarks' field, deleted the near-duplicate LOMyL entry and moved the single progeny that was attached to LOML.

Hi Pan. Thanks.

If I had done just a LITTLE more snooping, I would've found out that that WAS the correct format. Sorry. I think I get hyped because often newspaper text was "abbreviated" by using apostrophe instead of even a single letter - then I figure maybe someone took it seriously - but in this case it was accurate!
