forum registry?

someone emailed me asking how to join the forum and since I'm automatically sined in whenever I go online I couldn't answer them. Is the forum not free? I couldn't find any way to register except for the subscriptions. ...Lisa

Yup, users can use basic parts free, but I believe you still register and create a password for the message board.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
