There is a bogus horse in the database with the name Peltier.
There is also an extra, and I presume bogus, Genuine Risk.
Is anyone allowed to edit the information?

It's an open-edit database. I removed Peltier who was indeed bogus, but the only other Genuine Risk I see is an Australian 1979 model who for all I know is.......genuine.
