This mare comes from a hard knocking, durable family. Her sire, Greenwood Lake adds some precocity, as he was a multiple grades SW at 2.

Her dam is by the good broodmare sire Cure the Blues and she herself was a winner of over $60k. She is a half to the very durable stakes placed Bal Harbour with 15 wins in 91 starts and earnings of over a quarter million, You the Man who had 11 wins in 58 starts and earned over 100k, etc.

The second dam is stakes placed and a half to Tropical Illusion who won 24 of 109 starts and earned over 200k.

The mare herself had a less than stellar career, winning only once in 18 starts and earning $14k. She did hit the board 33% of the time, though. Her win came at Laurel for Mdn 8k at 8.5 f. She ran on the 5th at CNL for $7.5k and was "no factor."

She has a 3yo 1/2 sister by Lost Soldier who has a record of (3) 1-0-1 $17k, who has not raced since last Nov. but has had a few recent works. She broke her maiden at CRC in a MSW.

She also has a 2yo 1/2 brother by Mecke who has started once at CRC in a MSW, but did not come in.

In a nutshell, the family can get some runners and there are some younger siblings working for the dam. However, it isn't a terribly commercial pedigree.
