Any value as a broodmare

Princess Emmy, only a maiden win but a lot of black type in family. How do Our emblem mares do.

Yes she has some value.

In this current market it might only be a few thousand, but she's better on paper than a lot of mares out there who are being bred.

There aren't a lot of runners out there yet out of Our Emblem mares but I think you'll be fine on that end.

She's a half to a stakes winner and her dam is a half-sister to two Grade I winners.

Make how she looks physically your final deciding factor as she sold pretty cheap as a yearling, even for an our Emblem.

She's also a nice outcross mare for the most part other than being by a Mr. Prospector line stallion. And even with that, fairly close inbreeding to Mr. Prospector has worked very well. So you're going to have a really wide choice of stallions to send her to.

your own goals for breeding this mare and your regional market should also be a desiding factor. Sell/Race ; are you going to ship her out to be bred or breed locally and who are your possible choices.

Do you feel she is only capable of producing turf horses?

No. There is plenty of dirt breeding in her pedigree. So if she were bred to a sire that gets mostly dirt runners I think that's what you'd get.
